Description
The KLD30S/SJ Normal On/Off 2-Way Motorized Ball Valve with Single Union x Male Thread is available in two connection configurations: Male thread + Single union, and Union + Union, to suit different piping layouts. Offered in 30S (with manual override handwheel) and 30SJ (without handwheel) variants, it provides flexible operation for process and automation systems. The full-port valve body is constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a ball available in 304/316L, PPO, or a special wear-resistant grade to meet varied media and abrasion demands. Paired with PTFE seats and EPDM/NBR/FPM seals, it delivers excellent chemical compatibility across a wide temperature range. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve is ideal for industrial automation, intelligent water-saving controllers, environmental protection systems, and water treatment facilities. The male thread + single union design enables quick installation and easy maintenance without full system disassembly, and the union + union option provides maximum piping flexibility for looped or inline configurations. Suitable for both liquid and gas media in space-constrained equipment and low-flow applications. Optional high-temperature mounting brackets extend the operating range up to 200°C for demanding process environments.
※1 Customization is available for temperatures outside the range of>45°C or<-20°C.
① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage.For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.
② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable.Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.

4. For medium temperatures from 100°C to 150°C, a high-temperature mounting bracket is required. Overall height = H + 33 mm.
5. For medium temperatures from 150°C to 200°C, a high-temperature mounting bracket is required. Overall height = H + 56 mm.
