Description
KLD30S/SJ 3-Way Motorized Ball Valve (Horizontal) is designed for horizontal installation with female thread connections. Available in two variants — the 30S with manual override handwheel and the 30SJ without — it offers flexible operation for diverse process requirements. The valve body is constructed from nickel-plated brass, 304, or 316L stainless steel, paired with a 304/316L ball and PTFE seats for excellent corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility. Featuring a rated torque of 3N·m and IP67 protection, this valve delivers reliable performance in demanding environments. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

KLD30S/SJ 3-Way Motorized Ball Valve (Horizontal) widely applied in industrial automation, intelligent water-saving controllers, environmental protection systems, and water treatment facilities. The compact design suits small equipment and tight installation spaces, while the 3-way L-port or T-port configuration enables versatile flow direction control for both liquid and gas media. Suitable for water supply, drainage, and low-flow applications. Optional high-temperature mounting brackets extend the operating range up to 200°C for demanding process environments.
※1 Customization is available for temperatures outside the range of>45°C or<-20°C.
① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage.For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.
② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable.Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.
