Description

The Normal On/Off 2‑Way Motorized Ball Valve from the KLD30S/SJ Series is equipped with female thread connections, available in sizes DN8 to DN20. It features a full port design for unrestricted flow. The valve body comes in nickel-plated brass, 304, or 316L stainless steel. The ball is available in 304/316L stainless steel, PPO, or special wear-resistant options. PTFE ball seats ensure reliable sealing. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel, while the 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. High-temperature mounting brackets are available for media up to 200°C. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve is widely used in industrial automation, water treatment, and low-flow control systems. The full port design minimizes pressure drop for efficient fluid handling. Suitable for both liquid and gas media in environmental protection, water supply and drainage, and instrumentation applications. The compact form factor fits tight equipment spaces. Optional high-temperature brackets support demanding thermal environments.

※1 Customization is available for temperatures outside the range of>45°C or<-20°C.

① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage.For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.

② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable.Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.
