Description

The KLD30S/SJ Normal On/Off 2-way Full-Port plastic motorized ball valve is made of UPVC. It is designed specifically for handling corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. The valve body, ball, and bonnet are all constructed from UPVC for excellent chemical resistance. The ball seat is PTFE, and the stem is UPVC with a 304 stainless steel insert for reliable torque transmission. Available in DN25 with female thread or socket connections. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel. The 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. It can replace conventional solenoid valves where they cannot work reliably. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve is widely used in corrosive fluid handling in water treatment, environmental protection, and industrial automation. The UPVC construction withstands acids, alkalis, and other aggressive media. Socket connection option enables solvent-cemented joints for leak-free piping. Commonly used as a reliable alternative to solenoid valves in corrosive environments. Suitable for both liquid and gas media.
