Description
The KLD30S/SJ Normal On/Off reduced bore 2-way motorized ball valve is equipped with male and female thread connections. Available in DN20, DN25, and DN32. The valve body and bonnet are made from nickel-plated brass. The ball comes in 304 stainless steel, PPO, or a special wear-resistant option. The stem uses brass or 304 stainless steel. PTFE ball seats and EPDM/NBR/FPM seals ensure reliable sealing. An extended male and female thread variant is available for DN25, providing additional length for specific installation needs. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel. The 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. High-temperature mounting brackets are available for media up to 150°C. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve is designed for industrial automation, water treatment, and fluid control applications where inline direct connection is preferred. The male and female thread configuration enables easy installation between two pipe sections without additional fittings. The reduced bore design provides an economical solution for systems where full-port flow is not required. Suitable for low-flow water supply, drainage, and environmental protection. Handles both liquid and gas media. The extended thread option offers flexibility for specialized piping layouts.

① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage.For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.
② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable.Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.
