Description
The KLD30S/SJ Normal On/Off reduced bore 2-way motorized ball valve features female thread connections. Available in DN20, DN25, and DN32. The valve body and bonnet come in nickel-plated brass, 304, or 316L stainless steel. The ball is available in 304/316L, PPO, or a special wear-resistant option. PTFE ball seats ensure reliable sealing. The reduced bore design provides cost-effective flow control for applications where full port is not required. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel. The 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. High-temperature mounting brackets are available for media up to 150°C. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.
Technical specifications
Valve Type: Reduced Bore 2-Way Motorized Ball Valve
Sizes: DN20, DN25, DN32
Pressure: Maximum 1.0 MPa (PN10)
Flow: Varies with valve size and application
Medium Temperature: 0–100°C / 120°C / 150°C
Ambient Temperature: -20°C to 45°C (customizable) ※1
This valve is widely used in industrial automation, water treatment, and fluid control systems where full-port flow is not essential. The reduced bore design offers a compact and economical solution. Suitable for low-flow water supply, drainage, and environmental protection applications. Handles both liquid and gas media. Available in three port sizes with optional high-temperature brackets for demanding thermal environments.
※1 Customization is available for temperatures outside the range of>45°C or<-20°C.
① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage. For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.
② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable. Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.
Applications
Industrial automation & instrumentation
Intelligent water-saving controllers & actuated terminals
