Description
The KLD30S/SJ High‑Temperature 2‑Way Full‑Port Motorized Ball Valve (Elevated Type) is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 180°C. Available in DN8 to DN20 with female thread connections. The valve body and bonnet come in nickel-plated brass, 304, or 316L stainless steel. A thermal insulation bracket made from PA66 elevates the actuator above the valve body, protecting it from heat transfer. The ball is available in 304/316L or a special wear-resistant option. FPM seals withstand elevated temperatures, and PTFE ball seats ensure reliable sealing. A 304 stainless steel coupling connects the valve stem to the actuator. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel. The 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.
Technical specifications
Valve Type: High Temperature 2-Way Full-Port Motorized Ball Valve, Elevated Type
Sizes: DN8, DN10, DN15, DN20
Pressure: Maximum 1.0 MPa (PN10)
Flow: Varies with valve size and application
Medium Temperature: ≤180°C
Ambient Temperature: -20°C to 45°C (customizable) ※1
This valve is designed for high-temperature fluid control in industrial automation, water treatment, and process heating applications. The elevated actuator design with a thermal insulation bracket protects the actuator from excessive heat, ensuring long-term reliability. Suitable for hot water, steam condensate, and heated process media. Handles both liquid and gas media. The full-port design minimizes pressure drop for efficient flow. Available across four port sizes for flexible system integration.
※1 Customization is available for temperatures outside the range of>45°C or<-20°C.
① t<-40°C, connect power at least 15 mins (30 mins recommend) before usage. For higher ambient temperatures, warm-up time may be reduced.
② t<- 40°C for long time, add protection to the actuator, eg: heating cable. Not required at ambient t ≥ -15°C.
Applications
Industrial automation & instrumentation
Intelligent water-saving controllers & actuated terminals
