Description
The Normal On/Off 2‑Way Plastic Motorized Ball Valve from the KLD30S/SJ Series provides superior corrosion‑resistant properties. The body, bonnet, ball and stem are all CPVC. PTFE seats and EPDM/NBR/FPM seals provide chemical compatibility. Brass inserts reinforce the thread connections. DN15 and DN20 sizes use a DN25 valve body with reducing adapters. This keeps a common body size across all models. Two variants are available: the 30S with manual override, and the 30SJ without. Connection types are female thread or socket. The actuator delivers 3N·m torque. Protection is IP67. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve handles corrosive media. It replaces conventional solenoid valves in harsh chemical environments. Applications include water treatment, acid and alkali systems, chlorine dioxide and ozone systems. It fits small equipment and industrial automation. Liquid and gas media are both supported. The compact CPVC body resists corrosion where metal valves fail.
