Description
The Normal On/Off 2‑Way Plastic Motorized Ball Valve from the KLD30S/SJ Series features CPVC or PVDF construction for superior corrosion resistance. The valve body, bonnet, and ball are all plastic, providing resistance to acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals. The valve works well in ClO2 and O3 systems. Two variants are available: the 30S has a manual override, and the 30SJ without. Double unions allow quick installation and removal. The actuator produces 3N·m torque. Protection is IP67. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve handles corrosive media. It replaces conventional solenoid valves in harsh chemical environments. Applications include water treatment, acid/alkali systems, chlorine dioxide and ozone systems. It fits small equipment and industrial automation. Liquid and gas media are both supported. The compact plastic design suits tight spaces where metal valves corrode.
