Description
The KLD30S/SJ Normal On/Off 2-Way plastic motorized ball valve with double unions is constructed from UPVC. It is designed for handling corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. The valve body, ball, nuts, and unions are all constructed from UPVC for excellent chemical resistance. Double unions allow quick installation and removal from the pipeline without disturbing pipe connections. The ball seat is PTFE, and the stem uses UPVC with a 304 stainless steel insert. Available in DN15 and DN20 with female thread or socket connections. The 30S model includes a manual override handwheel. The 30SJ omits it for compact installations. The actuator can be upgraded to a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system.

This valve is widely used in corrosive fluid applications in water treatment, environmental protection, and industrial automation. The double union design simplifies maintenance and replacement. Handles acids, alkalis, and other aggressive media reliably. Often used as a replacement for solenoid valves in corrosive environments where standard valves fail. Suitable for both liquid and gas media. Thread and socket connection options provide installation flexibility.
